Deluxe Honeymoon Package – 2008, 4 nights/5 days

Our deluxe Honeymoon Package begins with our driver meeting your incoming flight at Belize International Airport and driving you to the premier mountain resort in Belize - Blancaneaux Lodge. You will enjoy four nights accommodation in a thatch-roof honeymoon cabaña overlooking the waterfalls of Privassion Creek. You'll be welcomed by our friendly staff with cocktails or fresh fruit juices, and a chilled bottle of Niebaum-Coppola's "Sofia" champagne will be waiting in your cabaña. All meals are included and we invite you to enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner on the deck of your cabaña overlooking the gardens and waterfalls.

Once settled in, you can enjoy a horseback adventure and swim at Big Rock Falls. Later in your stay you will explore Barton Creek Cave, paddling deep into this water filled cavern once used by the Mayans as a ceremonial and burial center. We will also take a 4-wheel drive adventure through dense rainforest to the ancient Mayan citadel of Caracol. This full day tour exploring Belize's largest and most important Maya site includes stops at the impressive Rio Frio Cave, and a refreshing swim in the cool mountain waters of the Rio On pools. After an exciting day exploring you can soak in the spa's soothing hot pool and then enjoy exclusive spa treatment for two with your choice of herbal wrap or massage.

After saying your goodbyes you will be returned to Belize International Airport, where you can dream of your return to one or more of Francis Ford Coppola's Blancaneaux Resorts.

Your adventure package includes fine dining in the resort's charming Montagna Restaurant, with our menus incorporating a wide variety of fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits from our own on-site organic farm. For each couple three dinners, lunches and breakfasts are included in the package price.

During your stay you will take a 4-wheel drive tour to the ancient Maya site of Caracol (the largest and most important Maya site in Belize) and on your way back to the lodge you will have time to explore the awesome Rio Frio Cave and take a swim in the cooling mountain waters of Rio On's natural pools. Your package also includes a fascinating canoe float through Barton Creek Cave, an ancient Maya ceremonial and burial cavern.

When it's time to leave Blancaneaux Lodge we'll return you to Belize International Airport for your flight home. As you wait for your plane home relaxed and rejuvenated, you can start to plan your next exciting adventure with Francis Ford Coppola's Blancaneaux Resorts.

Your Honeymoon Escape begins with your driver meeting your incoming flight in Belize City and driving you to the premier mountain resort in Belize – Blancaneaux Lodge. You will enjoy three nights accommodation in a thatch-roof honeymoon cabaña overlooking the waterfalls of Privassion Creek. Welcomed by our friendly staff with cocktails or fresh fruit juices, you’ll also be greeted by a chilled bottle of Niebaum-Coppola’s “Sofia” champagne in your cabaña. All meals at Blancaneaux Lodge are included and we invite you to enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner on the deck of your cabana overlooking the moonlit gardens and waterfalls.

Some exciting adventures have been arranged for you – Barton Creek Cave where you paddle by canoe deep into a fascinating cavern once used by the ancient Mayans as a burial and ceremonial centre. We’ll then take a 4-wheel drive vehicle to the ancient Mayan city of Caracol hidden deep in the Chiquibul rainforest. On the return journey you will visit the impressive Rio Frio Cave, and take a cooling swim at the Rio On Falls and Pools before returning to the Lodge.

Leaving with fond memories of Blancaneaux Lodge you will be driven down the beautiful Hummingbird Highway to Turtle Inn on Belize’s tranquil southern coast, arriving in time for lunch. Here you will stay for four nights in the Honeymoon Suite just steps from the Caribbean Sea. Your package at Turtle Inn includes two dinners plus all breakfasts and lunches, an exciting barrier reef snorkel tour, and a tour exploring the rainforest and waterfalls of the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary and Jaguar Preserve. To relax after your adventures a spa treatment of either a herbal wrap or massage may be taken at your convenience. On departure day you will be driven to the local airport for your 45 minute flight back to the International Airport.
